1. No Refunds on Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, including online courses and downloadable materials, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once access is granted.
2. Service-Based Refunds:
For coaching services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the client is not satisfied after the first session. Requests must be made within 24 hours of the session.
3. Cancellations:
Cancellations for coaching sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.
4. Exceptions:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery, we may offer credits or reschedule services at no extra charge.
